Who else lost interest in the UFC?

I'm not as interested as I used to be. The cards are poorer quality due to the shitty fight night cards.
 
Lose interest, then gain interest. It's the way it goes.

A lot of people hated Forrest & Rashad being champs since before that you had Chuck & Rampage, after that we got Jones, the first guy who could go on a long streak in the shark tank that used to be LHW.

Hated when Edgar beat a confused-looking Penn in the rematch and when Bendo was on his split decision run. Then we got Pettis/RDA/Alvarez/Conor.

Peaks and valleys as a fight fan it always is. Valley part now though. Still some good fights on cards.
 
Around 2014 i began to lose a little interest. It seemed like all of a sudden all the guys that got me into the sport were on the decline while all these contenders i didnt know took over. At least that is how i remember it, i could be way off about that. But i kept watching cause the fights themselves did not get boring and i ended up just becoming a fan of this generation's fighters instead of giving up on being a fan cause shogun and rampage got old.
 
If Conor has a December fight, it could be the biggest in history. Especially if he knocks someone out.

The Hollywood/Leftist bullshit from WME killed off a lot of my enjoyment. Luckily there are still some good fights every once in a while as well as Mike Perry.
 
Why do you think people care what an anonymous neckbeards interest level is?
 
I still enjoy it, but its nowhere near as good as 2003-2010, that period was amazing for MMA and so many great events in different MMA shows.
 
I've definitely lost some interest in the past year. I think a lot of the divisions in the UFC are experiencing lows right now. Conor and Khabib have kind of fucked the LW division. Would rather watch paint dry than another WW title fight. Bisping's Cinderalla story at MW has become a nut roll. Jones destroyed any chance of the LHW division being compelling, and I have almost no interest in the women's divisions. Hopefully in a year or two the ship can right itself.

Because I get really bored throughout the day (or very late at night) and just click to see if I find anything interesting. This board isn't purely for current events, I still like discussing the old stuff. I'll still watch the really big MMA fights like Jon Jones vs Cormier or McGregor.

I also never really graduated past being a casual boxing fan but I check the Boxing sub forum every day for the big fights or past discussion.

GGG-Canelo was on last week and I had no idea a UFC was on until I saw people post about it in the War Room.

I'm not earning any cool points by saying this so I don't understand why people have a hard time believing me, plenty of people have given up on MMA and use this site for the other forums. You only got that cool hipster label back in the day for not watching MMA, now it's somewhat common. Plus it's apparent in my posting history that what I say is what I mean.

I never said I was a casual MMA fan. I would be more offended at your snarky remark if you at least put a little bit of effort into reading something you're going to troll.
