Francis is clearly the problem here, and is continuously being rejected Wi-Fi organizations because he overestimates himself. Literally, biting the hands that offer to feed him.

He's not even a long-standing Champion. He defended his belt once, and almost lost it to Gane.
He thinks he's on the same level as Tyson Furey, or even Deontay Wilder, but he's nowhere near their level.

Ngannou thinks he's a living legend, rather than a guy who literally just became champion, after failing in his first bid. Only epic boxing champions make the kind of money Ngannou wants to make.

He's got to put in the work first, and not be such a bleeping egomaniac-diva.

Francis will probably sign with the UFC again for 12k/12k unless he can get a deal done with Street Beefs.

But Jones will probably be retired by then anyways. He said he’s planning to retire after the Stipe fight.

So maybe we could get Francis vs. Pavlovich in 2024 for the vacant title. That would be a very exciting fight.

he was offered 8 million a fight for 3 fights so could have easly made 24 million in 18 months built his brand and notoriety .... and since he said no there has been diddly about squat announcements of anything in the works... maybe us 'haters' (IE people who realize he fucked himself) are wrong and the huge deal is just around the corner... but if there is nothing by his one year anniversary of leaving the UFC it will be clear "HE" fucked up.

Dana doesn't want him and will never be in UFC again. Francis never fought much anyways, so not much too miss. He used to fight once a year, and even once a year is being very kind to him. So much time wasted and very little actual fighting. He is getting old now, and he doesn't like to fight much as it is.

Obviously the fight to make and the one every fan should wanna see - before both get too old. Ngannou wrestling defense is no joke. And he's a big boy. It's a tough fight for Jones - which was why Jones was negotiating so much harder when Frank was the king.

How this is playing out is not making me optimistic for fighters getting a bigger piece of the UFC pie going forward. They have that honeypot on lockdown.

Funny how people blame Dana but now BKFC and One have also backed out of dealing with him..I am sure that is Dana's fault as well.

Such a marketable draw that apparently is not worth the trouble to sign from 3 Orgs now..He has overplayed his hand multiple times now and doesn't understand his value.
