It's who you think he will actually fight. I too think Kharitonov is the most interesting option, unfortunately I doubt that's what we actually get. I'm expecting Bellator to loan them Kongo for the show :rolleyes:
 
Who ever it is, it won't matter. The only mildly intriguing fight is Couture, but then what?

The fact that he signed with a No-Name company who is doing ONE announced cross promotion fight with Bellator shows that he isn't interested in making a Lalwer or Arlovski type return.

He wasted another chance to show he is the best. Fuck his next 3 fights, they will be shit. I hope some no-name pounds him out now.

Would be nice if they could work something with M-1 to bring in Tybura or Puetz, Sergei would be an interesting fight as well.

More than likely it's a Japanese crossover athlete, Ishii II, one of Bellator's bigger draws, or a recently cut from the UFC/free agent.
 
I don't really think Fedor cares about his legacy as much as Sherdog does.
Dudes almost 40 and I don't really have a problem with him beating some bums for easy money.

It won't be a Japanese can...sorry, but spike TV wouldn't want that crap..and I'm sure they have a good idea who he's fighting, and have all along. Why in the world wandy would fight Fedor I have no idea. That's a giant leap for him considering his size and chin as of late. I see absolutely no way wandy could win that fight or why spike would want to put him on t.v. vs a h.w. I love wandy, but that's not a good fight for him at all. If wandy fights on new years it would be OK w me, just as long as he stays at 205.

That was soooooooooooooooo long ago.

This fight would be way different today with their added experience and age.
 
I was thinking Minakov given how they've been letting him fight outside of Bellator but they trained together. I think Kharitonov did too. Neither of those will happen, even if they are the best fighters available. I'd like to see him fight Kongo. He's basically the second best HW in Bellator and a longtime UFC vet.
 
My first pick would be Randy, but now that you mentioned his name I guess my 2nd pick would be Kongo or maybe Lashley

Sergei is the only fight I really care to see.
