The first options that come to my mind right now are Adesanya and Shevchenko.

Adesanya is already gonna fight to be a double champ and if he gest it he could go to heavyweight and become the firs triple champ ever, I think if Jon Jones gets the HW title Adesanya is definitely gonna go for it, but if Ngannou gets it Adesanya wooould never. He's like 6'4'' and he's said he's fought at heavyweight before so he could definitely do it again.

Shevchenko is the champ at 125, she already fought for the 135 title and a lot of people think that she won, so she definitely could for it again, also she's said she can make 115 (and I believe her because she's a small girl) but that she's not interested on it.... for now... But I think maybe in the future she could be a choice for a potential triple champ.

Nunes is a double champ already (135 and 145), but she's wayy too big to make 125, she would never and there's no 155 division so she's not a choice.

I would have loved to see Cejudo trying it, I thought he had a chance, but he's retired now so whatever.

Who else? Who do you think could get it?

I think Izzy is the only guy with a shot at it. He’s got a 50% chance of beating Jan and he’s tall enough that he could win at HW if he can get matched up with a striker that isn’t as technical as him. I think Izzy would probably beat Ngannou but probably not good grapplers like Jon or Stipe.

I shudder to think what Ngannou would do to Izzy, who wouldn't be near as quick and evasive if he put on 40 lbs. Weight classes exist for a reason.

But if anyone could do it I'd pick Cejudo or Valentina.

Cejudo probably is the most likely, Izzy is tall but I think at HW he isn't as agile which is his main strength.
I also doubt he could handle the power of elite HWs(yeah yeah I know HW sucks), people tend to forget that the People he fought at HW in Kickboxing would be considered Journeyman at most.

I was with you until you said Izzy beats Ngannou. Come on dawg. There would be a legit 70lb weight difference

Cejudo is, by far the best bet.

Maybe be they'll do a one time thing with Kayla Harrison? That would be stupid, but we have seen worst from the UFC.

Adesanya = no chance IMO.

Khamzat COULD at 170, 185 and .....I dunno?? 155? 205? Both those seem a stretch and we're getting ahead of ourselves with Khamzat anyway.

Valentina Shevchenko : that would need her to fight Nunes again at 135 OR for Nunes to retire (likely in 2021) and for Shevchenko to fight for the vacant 135lb title.
Shevchenko cutting to 115lbs?? That's a helluva stretch too, to be honest, but....who knows.

Daniel Cormier (now don't laugh) was a double-champ and I believe he COULD if he was really disciplined with his diet and quit eating crap and if he was still fighting (Which he isn't as we know) get down to 185lbs but I doubt he'd have attempted do that even if you gave him 10million dollars.

Odd how Cejudo isn't the first choice considering he's already a double champ who's expressed interest in fighting at FW, the third division. And the FW champion is also a midget.

Valentina has been dominant and is great but only has one belt. Can she even make 115? Okay maybe 145 is in reference to which I say will that division even exist by the time she secures the 135 belt if she ever does / should it even count lmao? She's 0-2 to Nunes. I think she can beat her or Nunes could retire I guess.

Izzy has one belt. I think it's a bit premature, if he beats Jan then we'll talk.

Ever watch K1? Weight makes little difference in a striking match. Usually the more technical striker wins and Izzy has a good reach and much better speed. If Ngannou can connect Izzy will fall but never bet on the guy with only a punchers chance.

Cejudo. If Nunes could make 125 I'd have said her but Cejudo is the most likely.

Fortunately for him Volkanovski is only slightly taller than him aswell so it's not like he'd be battling a size advantage of say someone like Max if they were champ.

Izzy would get destroyed at HW and I doubt Cejudo would get a shot at 145 since he retired with the belts. And I'm not on Chimaev's nuts yet like most here.
The only one I see with a real chance is Valentina when Amanda retires.

I admire the optimism but no chance dude haha. He struggled enough to make 205. I think there's a better chance of Mighty Mouse making 205 than there would be DC making 185.

This is literally not kickboxing. And you’re crazy if you think Ngannou won’t ever clinch or grab Adesanya
