For MMA as a whole I would actually say Aleks, obviously not ribbed like a lot mentioned here but for a 6 foot 4 250+ plus man he had freakishly fast hands and footwork.

Are the three guys that stand out to me when it comes to freak athletes. My criteria is physique, explosiveness, movement, transitions and being able to use flashy strikes for a lack of a better term effortlessly. Also have to take into account tds and tdd cuz any freak athlete should be the strongest in their respected weight class.
