And no courts can't help if you are dead . They exist to give you your day in court but you might not make it to that court date if you assault an officer with a deadly weapon when they attempt to take you in. She could have not did that and in theory had her day in court to prove her rights were violated should a jury happen to agree but she chose a different path.

Yep. Definitely wasn't any life at risk. She was turning to avoid officers and he shot her while his body was to the side of the vehicle. This was an officer shooting someone just to stop them from getting away and for refusing orders, which isn't legal.

Why were guns even drawn in the first place?

They are federal agents. In certain circumstances they can detain a us citizen but I think the actual arrest and charge has to come from a different office or department.

So you fuck with them , they cuff you and detain you and then they turn you over to the local or fbi or whatever to get your official charges.

She could have avoided intentionally blocking the officers in the road if she wanted to avoid the officers. As far as guns being drawn, we've seen enough violence aimed towards ICE officers doing their job. Somebody cuts them off in their car and blocks the road in front of them, they can't take any chances. Still though, nobody fired their weapon until she hit an officer with her car trying to get away.

That isn't how it works dude. You can't make a harmless escape when you are being arrested it doesn't matter if it's a felony or a misdemeanor.

And that doesn't look like it's harmless to me it looks like she was in the process of driving into the agent that was moving to the front of the vehicle to cut her off and he shot her for doing just that. He isn't obligated to let her go because she doesn't feel like being arrested and he isn't obligated to not use force because whatever she did isn't a capital offense.

He was not obligated to let her go which means he was obligated to execute her. Awesome. The car did not even touch him, he easily stepped away from it, so how does that justify exection?
