We have courts to sort all that out ...but that goes out the window once you assault someone with a deadly weapon. It does infact become a right here and now kind of moment once a certain threshold is passed.

It's not that I think so lowly of my countrymen it's that I know how escalation of force works. While I wouldn't use the word executioner a person not just a cop is free to engage with you once you assault them with a deadly weapon in a lot of cases and once its gotten to that point someone very well might lose their life.

When cops get into a gun fight why do they look for cover? Using your logic they should just stand there and start blasting. Cops not standing in front of a fleeing vehicle is for their safety. Has nothing to do with letting someone get away

It's unreal that the government would defend it without a second thought, too, no investigation, no time taken to assess all the details, just going with a generic claim that scarcely appears feasible from the video:

Surreal.

Turn off the lights, America is absolutely done.
Do not dare protest.
Do not disrupt.
Do not stand up.

Not a good idea to drive away like that from police but it didn't look like anyone was in danger of being hit by the car. There's still more information needed like why she wasn't parallel in her lane and why they were stopping her if she wasn't the target.

A good question is how qualified these agents are as he seemed pretty nonchalant about shooting someone in the head when he was already clear of the car. Let's wait to see what information comes out but it's better not to flee from these agents even if you're a citizen or are here legally.
