Name some, I'll add a poll later.

I just found this, check it out.

That list sucked, but this is better.

Wrestling or gymnastics.

Lol at ultimate frisbee.

The true answer is the sport with least black play black play

So maybe it’s me , maybe I’m you know fucked up or something, but according to that horseshit list
Table tennis > basketball, baseball, hockey, wrestling, mma , soccer

I’m sorry, I find that pretty hard to believe

“Most fit”.

What does it even mean?

But that list is clearly just trying to be controversial to attract engagement.

Fitness in what sense? You have to define the parameter.

Because 200m runners are the fittest men in the world when it comes to sustaining top sprinting speed for the duration it takes to run an elite 200m (~20 seconds). Nobody in the world is fitter. Not ultra-marathoners, not Ironmen, not cross-country skiiers, not Crossfitters.

Usually this will end up being defined in the physics sense as the person capable of doing the most Work for a set duration of time. That tends to be what the Crossfit types try to assess in their competition. They usually set up 3-5 exercises to assess it, too, so that no single movement-- however compound-- dominates the workflow. Then they set a time limit. It could be 10min, 20min, 30min.

It's critical to set a time limit, and the winner can only be assessed for their capacity to be declared the most fit in that time frame.

Because if we set this out to a day it's going to be practically impossible to be more fit than an ultra-marathoner. Nobody is going to do more work than someone moving the weight of their body as far as they do in a 24-hour period. Maybe an ultra-distance cross-country skiier would do more. But those same runners/skiiers would get demolished by the Crossfitters in a 10 or 30 minute window.
