Which old man will perform better, Stipe or Tyson?

Obviously Tyson is much older, but he also has the much easier opponent.

Whereas Stipe is only a few years past his prime, but he's fighting one of the best to ever step in the cage.

So considering both age AND quality of opposition, who do you think impresses more in their upcoming fights; Mike Tyson or Stipe Miocic?
 
Tyson will be on some bullshit patty cake for 4 rounds or how ever long that shit show is. Stipes will get tkod or subbed fairly quickly, the man has been retired for 2 years. Then Jon declares him self the MMA Emperor, all hates will be blocked by Jon in the new regime.
 
Probably Stipe. 42 is old but it isn't 58 old.

People seem to Have already forgotten how easily Vitor destroyed old ass Holyfield in his own sport. Roids or no roids.

Obviously Stipe is fighting a much higher class of opponent than Tyson is, but with him being so old I don't think it will make much difference.

I don't see either of them winning. Will be over the moon if either of them do though.
 
As much as I like Tyson I don't think he will perform as well as Stipe would against Jon Jones simply because of activity, but again mike is much older so it's really hard to say.

Holyfield was a corpse to be fair. Tyson has clearly held up physically much better than Evander has

The Tyson fight will be sad is my guess.

Dude's 58 years old. Taking punches from a 225lb 27 year old is not ideal, let alone for someone nearing their golden years.

Tyson's gonna get starched most likely and Stipe will likely get tapped in the second round as he's too far removed.

I mean, Stipe could likely beat up every single person i know in succession, but having been retired for 4 years is not a recipe for success.
 
Even at his age, probably Mike. Paul is way worse at his craft than Jones is at his own. Never know, though, Mike could be in the same boat as Holyfeld and have literally zero chin
 
No one should be prize fighting at 58 and I don't like what could happen there.

I don't think Stipe looked very good the last time he fought, but you never know.

Both are going to have to pull a rabbit from a hat to win.
 
Hard to say.

Age should indicate Stipe, but we don't know if Jon might take him down and sub him easily or not.

Tyson is literally an elderly figure now, but he still has good power. His best chance will be in the first round or two. After that, the odds probably favor Jake beating him up from fatigue.
 
Great question, I don't know. It's a toss up, for me. It's a mystery how Stipe or Tyson will do. I hope they both do well though.
 
That’s a tough one. Stipe is old for combat sports, Tyson is ancient though. However, the quality of competition is vastly different. Jones was/is a master of mma. Paul is a mediocre boxer. I lean Tyson looking slightly better just because I think he’ll be very aggressive early and find some success. I don’t know that I see Stipe getting a lot done. But it could be very sad for both.
 
5 year age gap vs 31 year age gap. Don't get me wrong both fights suck but they're not comparable.
