Shit, honestly gotta say this isn't me trying to make a 'counter' but I'm not seeing it.
All I see is Jon with a fat lip looking sad.

I did hear, recently after that event, Jon was bleeding out of his eyes, nose, mouth, and puking etc. But none of that comes across in the photos though. Not gonna deny his face was fucked up.
But just not seeing why he'd be on a stretcher for facial injury.
