It's gotta be Jones if you count him, he is just so far ahead of the competition. Werdum if you don't count Jones. Rockhold has no defenses, Robbie is fucking great but his fights are way too close, RDA and Conor need defenses, Cruz wins by the smallest margins and MM only has 2 elite guys in the division in Benevidez and Dodson.
