Volk having short arms is a bit of a misconception. He typically enjoys a slight reach advantage. Off the top of my head at FW I think only TKZ and Lopes had longer reach arm length wise.

Aaron Pico probably deserves a mention if we're strictly speaking boxing. Also in pure boxing, I actually think someone like Neil Magny would do well (I'm pretty sure he has some respectable boxing accomplishments)
