USA, Russia and Brazil are clearly the best and it isn't even close.

UK and Australia by far have to be the worst. It's almost like the gyms there have a clause that in order for the UFC to sign a good prospect from these countries they must sign no less than 4 cans from said prospects gym.

In the UFC it would be the USA, Brazil and Russia, I guess. A strong case can be made for Canada and perhaps Nigeria/Australia more recently. Outside the UFC, a case can be made for Japan, especially because of the pioneers (Noboru Asahi, Funaki, Sakuraba, etc.).
