Where would prime Rampage Jackson fit in today's LHW top 10?

The Rampage who ko'd Chuck Liddell then beat Dan Henderson to unify the PRIDE and UFC LHW titles. When he was training under Juanito Ibarra. Rampage's prime might even possibly extend further back than that, into his last few PRIDE fights. The 20-something year old hungry, mean, give no fucks Rampage.

Where would that Rampage fit into today's LHW Top 10?

3. Ryan Bader (24-5)
4. Volkan Oezdemir (15-1)
5. Phil Davis (18-4, 1)

Shogun was top 7 until fans noticed and laughed at UFC LHW division and then suddenly he's not top 10 anymore so that tells you all you need to know.

i came to post ' not top5 barely scratching the top10 ' but after seeing that green beret list.. top20 maybe ?

and i moderately like rampage
 
4-5 depending on who he knocks out. Would struggle with the top 5 imo but a younger hungry in shape Rampage was a tough fight for anyone.

Prime Rampage beats every LHW on the roster except Jones, who's ineligible to fight. He would also do well at HW.

Rampage = good boxing technique, GOAT chin, good TDD in his prime, solid wrestling/clinch knees

Also the physically strongest guy to ever fight at 205.

Think top 5.

DC & Davis could give him issues with their wrestling, maybe Gus with his reach. Beats the rest though.
 
The Rampage that didn't give interviews saying he hates the sport, used his wrestling, and actually incorporated some semblance of kicking into his striking game?

#2 would love the occasional war with DC. Assuming Jones is actually involved, Rampage would be #3.

DC is clearly the favorite over him.

Gus is 50/50.

I’d favor him over everyone else.

A past prime Rampage defended TDs very well against a prime Jones, though he did eventually get tapped.

Rampage had very good TDD. He was a bad matchup for most wrestlers. You have it a bit backwards.
