Fellas..
I've taken a liking to the mechanics of High Pulls, and subsequently plan on incorporating them in to my routine, as I keep hearing about how good they are, and well.. I feel I SHOULD do them.
I've stayed away from Cleans as a wrist injury nags any future prospect of gaining any good from them, so it appears High Pulls is a great substitute..
I formerly trained twice a week, but now I have a small gap on Wednesday inbetween class to train, and well.. I kinda thought of just throwing in a quick, simple workout for fun.
My training week looks like this:
Monday - Squat/Military Press/Bent-Over Row
Tuesday - BJJ, MMA
Wednesday - Dips/Pullups/Rows
Thursday - BJJ/MMA
Friday - Deadlift/Dumbell Press/Rotator Cuff work| Bartending from 9pm til 4:30am
Saturday - Open Mat BJJ | Bartending from 9pm til 4:30am
Sunday - REST
Cheers S&P.
