In answer to you're first question, I heard Collazo was planning to take a tune up fight before challenging Sergei Dzindiruk (whatever fuck the his name is). As for Cintron, I have no idea. And yes that Hernandez, should be an easy defense for Berto. Hernandez is a good fringe contender at best.
