It was on at 3am in Australia. Fight Pass is blacked out in Oz, even though I have a subscription, so I had to go to my mates place to watch it because he has cable. His wife has banned me from there house indefinitely.

Totally worth it. I'd let you use my fight pass to watch the fights bro but that is probably illegal too.

From what I've seen his striking looks very good. His movement and footwork are very good and the angles that he strikes from seem to confuse opponents. We haven't seen him with the best of the division yet so maybe he's just looking good compared to weaker competition but from everything I've seen I'd say he's easily top 5 in the division. I would say he's one of, if not the, quickest fighters in the division and that speed definitely gives him some nasty power too. If he puts those hands on anyone they're going down. Given his speed, power and technical striking ability I would say if Dustin comes into the fight trying to brawl with Mcgregor he's going to have a really rough night.

Appreciate the GIF though bro! nice finish from Conor. I'll likely be purchasing Fight Pass later this month, Just gotta dip into my monthly weed fund. Gotta pay the bills, but I really want to see Bisping/Le and Woodley/Kim.

It's pretty high level by MMA standards, there are lots of people who don't do the kind of shit he does. Top 5 in his division as far as striking skills go for sure

Some people can tell a good striker when they see one. How relaxed he is, the angles he presents using subtle footwork, the feints he throws out, and his superior distance control. Not to mention excellent head movement. He can fight moving forward and aggressive, but he also fights excellent off the back foot as a counter striker.
I dont care if Mcgregor did that to some dude off the street, you can tell he got skills.

Skip to 2:08 and watch Mcgregor again. Also listen to Florians analysis... All on his D because he knows how good his striking is.

Also he destroyed Holloway, so if Holloway isnt ranked... neither should Bermudez be either cuz Holloway got robbed.

One or two guys are pushing hard to keep using it but so far it's just not catching on.

They're trying like hell though.
 
At this point I'd put him behind Cub, Frankie and Aldo but we haven't seen enough yet.

He's definitely elite.
 
He's probably top 3 or so of the division
