Media Whenever you feel compelled to mindlessly hate on Rogan

Rogan disappointment me when he didn’t ask Jones in the cage about Aspinall after his last fight but asked about Pereira instead which no one really wants. Not sure why he did this, maybe he didn’t want to ruin Jones moment by putting him on the spot asking about Tom where he’d have to directly comment on it making him look like a coward.

I don't think anything I've said is that special.

To me, that seems like your own projections and insecurities. Someone has different ideas than you and sees the world in a deeper way than you.

They must be full of themselves, egotistical, or whatever the case may be.

No, the issue predominantly lies with you.

You've allowed these boxes to be formed in your mind, spirit and philosophy of life.

Anyone who challenges them becomes the enemy. But, I'm not the enemy. The politics of your own psychology and inner intellectual dispute means nothing to me, I simply speak things as I see them.

You are as offended and hostile as you are because you are at war with yourself, not me.

Surely you could've actually responded to whatever point or "truth" I spoke at the time. But you chose to legitimately attack me personally on a deeper level. You chose attempt to attack my ego and proclaim me to be a narcissist of sorts.

But that is nothing more than a reflection of your own inner psychology.

Trust me, nothing I've said in this entire thread is special, far from it.

That is only your own lack, insecurities and projections exposing you.
Are you still going on this? Let it go pal. Do yourself a favor, have a beer.

When you learn how deep Rogan is into

meditation, mysticism, the occult and esoteric, the psychedelic world

It's actually quite the opposite.

Rogan is vastly more intelligent than most people think he is

Or even that he himself let's on

He plays the role of the fool or jester of sorts, intentionally dumbing himself down for his audience. However, when he comes out of that shell, particularly with specific guests, it becomes clear just how much he actually knows.

Many influencers do this as well. They play dumb, but they're the furthest thing from it. It makes you more relatable to the general audience.

He has specific areas of expertise like nutrition, health, comedy, martial arts, but he's very adept in a vast array of different fields, even if he's not necessarily an expert in them. What's impressive is mostly his adaptability and sheer versatility, which is often only possible with an incredibly open mind that is relatively free of biases.

I wouldn't call him an intellectual. So, to call him a psuedo intellectual is disingenuous and misguided. He is quite adept at critical thinking though, I'd say his intellectual capacity is serviceable, but his intelligence is mostly coming from a wider array of characteristics than any one thing. He has a lot of wisdom and intuitive intelligence, while also being world class at understanding social intelligence and psychology.

I always believe how Rogan is viewed to be a reasonable intelligence test. The smarter you are, the more intelligent you realize he is. It's almost always the dumbest people who say stuff like you and genuinely believe he's an idiot. This is the lowest common denominator of knowledge and public consciousness.

Because his knowledge is so varied across a wide array of fields, it requires a similar level of diversity and depth to actually see and understand where he's adept.

Most people don't even have casual levels of knowledge in the vast majority of these topics, so there's only so much they can even see, hence why he's such a good intelligence test.

A lot of people like yourself simply repeat what others have told you, rather than any serious analysis or independent thought of your own and unfortunately these surface level perceptions become a mindless hive mind of sorts.

This same energy is responsible for most of the bad analysis that dominates most sports.
The fuck are you blathering about?
" Ah he's full of shit." George Carlin
Did Joe recently start a cult I'm not aware of.

Well, people are entitled to believe or disagree with whatever they desire.

To actually think, analyze and approach any topic with depth requires some effort though.

Which most are unfortunately unwilling to put in.

I just go by my inbox bruh, it's new to me

Whats the point of responding at all if you're this dedicated to beating around the bush though?

I have no idea why people have such strong opinions about things they don't even put the bare minimum of effort into understanding.. lol

Peasant mentality

Guy is simping hard and vomiting meaningless word salad in order to try and beat people down with verbiage. Imagine sucking on one of the most popular people in the world as if to put them in some 'king' spot and then ironically using "peasant mentality" on other people multiple times. It's like calling people who criticize the foot "boot lickers" while tongue deep between some toes

LMFAOLLL fam mi jus sidestep him kick Seagal style an' crack em wid a no measure have bro eat grass quick BET☝️🚫📏🙋💥 all due respect him style stuck inni di 90s di game change fam

I simply show respect and acknowledge the potential in everyone. Even if I deeply hated them, I would say the same thing and often do.

I don't go out of my way to be a hater

Those that do, dominate every comment section on the internet and I can assure you, they're never winners. They're always losers who spend half their lives talking negatively about others infinitely more successful than them in every conceivable way.

There's like 4-5 public figures I've seen you go to insane lengths to hate on.

Is this about them? Or is this your own inner psychology and projections coming out

if only there were an expert here who discern this deep philosophical question 🤔

Rogan could handily beat most untrained guys, over 99% probably, but globally that still leaves way more than 50 freaks (huge size, violent instincts, crazy viciousness, etc) who would destroy him even without any formal fight training.

Everyone always harps on about him being a midget, but in a street fight against untrained opponents height isn’t such a critical factor if you’re reasonably strong and heavy (which Rogan is) as well as skilled in both striking and grappling (which he also is).

The 50 quote is clearly mathematically wrong, but he absolutely beats the hell out of 99% of untrained men regardless of size and age.
I think you underestimate the average man.

Rogan is like 5'2" Average 6 foot 200 pound guy is going to beat him. Just watch out for his spinning back kick.

Brogan ain't doing much. Sure, he could beat a lot of people, a lot will beat him.

Does acknowledging everything someone brings to the table mean you're a boot licker?

Why would good analysis imply you must love that person, rather than just being capable of honesty and some semblance of objectivity.

Me immediately saying anything positive whatsoever about the object of your derision

you "what a boot licker"

This only highlights your own biased thinking and extremism.

Which, unfortunately dominates much of your mediocre mma analysis aa well.

Going out of your way to think critically rather than be a hater would pay dividends

We both know you won't respond to this though. You'll run and hide like the coward you are, taking pot shots, continuing to perpetuate your own echo chamber and ignoring actually addressing anything I say directly.

As you often tend to do

I honestly would pay to see him fight. He seems insanly good.

No, perhaps you never trained. Height and reach are not huge advantages at similar weight and strength, whilst training makes a HUGE difference (Rogan is a lifelong practitioner of both BJJ and striking).

I've seen countless times highly trained females easily handle untrained big guys in sparring; obviously it wasn't "to the death" and likely the outcomes might be different if the guys were going all out with maximum violence, but the idea that a 200 pound untrained man is going to beat a 200 pound highly trained man just because the untrained one is taller, is completely foolish IMO.

Height is a fairly unimportant variable in fighting: experience, skill, techniques, durability, mindset, cardio, power, strength, weight, all come before height. Rogan would be superior to most people in most of those, height being his main - largely irrelevant - disadvantage.

Good post

Sadly the only people saying things like that are those who don't train.. lol

Even an average blue belt in bjj would smoke 90% of men.

I tend to think a large percentage of those who don't actually train martial arts themselves tend to be haters of Rogan as well

Those that do tend to be far more mature and respectful.

For whatever reason, martial arts seems like a cure for haterism.

I haven't actually read but a few lines of these posts. You have nothing to say. Go away, I don't care to hear your drivel.

He got compromised by his financial wealth

Went from common sense guy, supporting bernie sanders, supporting democracy and common people to being a bitch ass traitor supporting oligarchy, authoritarianism and fucking vladimir putin

Fuck Joe Rogan

But he is a great advocate of our sport, hes commentary is part of the UFC experience and he is actually a funny comedian

He said only 50 people that don’t train that could beat him. Seems like a pretty good estimate.

Still sounds like a godawful estimate, and I've actually defended his martial arts background here.

There are near 8 billion people on the planet and at a certain point size matters.

Joe is 5'5" on a good day, I'd take plenty of the 300 lbs+ NFL players, Rugby athletes, strongman competitors. Really anyone who can pick up Joe and slam him to the ground.

It'd be one thing if Joe was an actual pro MMA fighter but he's just a well experienced martial arts hobbyist.

So, why go out of your way to attack / argue with me?

You have a strong opinion on something but are unwilling to hear any opposition?

Seems coward energy and haterism go hand in hand.
