When was last time champion missed weight?

Fihlo in WEC i think. Pettis missed weight for an open interim belt (that he didn't hold) in 206.

i thought it was related to 1) weighing in, then Woodley took off his drawers, and then 2) weighed in again.

i didn't watch the entire thing, so i don't know about the scale reader mis-reading numbers. did he?

But his shots were 1lb? I mean that's some heavy boxers. Same with Zabit. 1lb over before he took his shorts off. He was then 1/2 lb over and they went and talked about the scale and poof Zabeast is on weight.

Then they had to show the weigh in guy how to read the scale.
