Kadyrov is a small-time warlord that can pretty much be ignored by any sensible individual, apart from maybe the few fighters who live and train in Chechnya. You pretty much have to go looking for him in order to pose with him.

Americans are lucky enough to not really understand how powerful and evil dicators are.

We had one in my country for 30 years that would literally go to schools and hand pick the young girl he wanted to fuck that week, fathers that tried to do anything about or try to deny him were kidnapped an never seen again.
