People are always going to criticize top athletes. Happens in every sport and always has.

That said, it isn't hating on GSP to point out the obvious fact that Hendricks was the better fighter the night they fought. Giving the fight to GSP was highway robbery, and more or less everyone at the time recognized that.

I'd argue that GSP fought like a champion, giving everything he had until the very last second, and was the better fighter. Hendricks had the more dangerous moments and landed the most significant offense when he had the opportunity, but excepting finishes that doesn't matter.

While I have no problem accepting it was a close fight and it could easily have been given to Hendricks I take objection to the claim it was a highway robbery. Two rounds were obvious wins to each fighter, none were a 10-8, and round one was insanely close.

I’m saying your boy was Roided up to his ears and popping out his fucking eyeballs if he was flunking test before USADA. Even more than Jones. Jones is not someone anyone ever accused of being particularly smart outside the octagon. And yet he wasn’t using steroids to such a degree he was getting busted before more advanced testing. Can’t say that about Anderson.
