how many times a week do you train grappling / striking ... how much time do you spend on conditioning / strength training, etc

bjj - 3x/week (4 if a tourney is coming up) - 1:30 to 2 hour classes
weights - 2 to 3x/week - 1-1:45 hours
conditioning (jump rope / run / sprint) - 20 min/day

thats the up side of owning your own schools! I train grappling six days a week from 1.5 to 3 hrs depending on the day and 6 days a week MMA same hours.

BJJ - Monday, Wednesday, Friday, anywhere from 1-2 hours.
Striking - Tuesdays (1-2 hours), sometimes saturdays (abotu 2 hours).

BJJ- Mon, Thurs, 1-2 hrs.

MMA- Tues, Sat, 1-2 hrs.

Weights- once or twice a week (45min-1 hour)

early morning cardio- 1 to 3 times a week (keep it around 30-40 min.)

ice cream and chocolate- 1 time a week (1 hour)

3 days/wk conditioning 2x/wk or 3x if you count sparring as a form of conditioning too...

I've been lazy the last month or so on weight training :( I'll continue to be lazy till mid-late October after I moved and i have a new weight bench and I can start weight training again.

i do grappling only once or twice a week, it is more wrestling than bjj, its a pretty rough class compared to a BJJ class, i get alot of injuries from it so i try to not take it too much, boxing/kickboxing is more fun for me.
