Wednesday: 10:00am BJJ
Thursday: 9:30am Run 10-20mins - Squats, leg presses, rest of legs. 7:00pm BJJ
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 30 minute bike ride Any time of the day
Sunday: rest or light cardio... maybe run a little or ride my bike.
