    3 days/wk conditioning 2x/wk or 3x if you count sparring as a form of conditioning too...

    I've been lazy the last month or so on weight training :( I'll continue to be lazy till mid-late October after I moved and i have a new weight bench and I can start weight training again.

    Currently BJJ on Monday Friday and Saturday for 2 hours each session.

    I was also doing a session on a Thursday night which was basically anything we wanted but unfortunatly a Judo club moved in and the gym was no lnoger free on that night - I'm going to add something else in it's place in a few weeks after a few injurys I have heal up.

    Monday=weights & boxing
    tuesday=boxing
    wednesday=weights
    thursday=grappling or rest
    frieday=weights
    saturday=grappling or rest
    sunday=nothing

    i do grappling only once or twice a week, it is more wrestling than bjj, its a pretty rough class compared to a BJJ class, i get alot of injuries from it so i try to not take it too much, boxing/kickboxing is more fun for me.
