Bjj 3x a WK
Striking stuff (Muay Thai , boxing, Panktration standup) about 6x a WK. Yeah I love striking, what can I say, lol.
Train 6 days a week
3 days of BJJ and boxing and kickboxing + MMA prinicples at one school, and the other 3 days of just Pankration / Muay Thai shoot fighting at another school.
BJJ 5-6x week. More than enouhgh training for me.... If I can't train more than 3x a week for other reasons (work, injury), I work on my cardio at home on my elliptical machine + push ups and sit ups.
I train about twice a month = ( It sucks but working life and everything else has finally gotten in the way. I never thought I'd get to this point but we all got priorities.
