What's your personal Nacho recipe?

I whipped up these bad boys last night with some Jalapenos on to get extra spicy

Had some salsa and sour cream on the side to dip, fuck yes.

Sometimes I'll use Doritos instead of normal nacho chips like on a weekend or something when the wife isn't home.

What's your guys secret ingredients?

Missing the guacamole, beans, and chicken or ground beef. I also like it with tabasco

Personally I only like a little cheese melted whereas wifey likes it stank with cheese
A ton of homemade guacamole on mine and way to many fresh chillies, jalapenos just don't cut it

I would have them with a chilli mince on top as well but I rarely eat red meat any more

Cheese, chili, jalapenos. Salsa.
Not mad at any nachos though really, one of natures marvels.

Add mayo and that would be the most Caucasian nachos I have ever seen...

Layer of corn chips.
Layer of cheddar cheese.
Layer of cooked ground beef.
Layer of cheese.
Repeat layers two times.
Top off with jalapenos and diced onions.
Bake in oven 450 until desired meltyness
