I think what I like most about it is the carbonation amount not too little not too much

I won't argue with what you like but I do have a soda stream which I basically use for that. I don't use flavors, just carbonate to my liking.

Yeah, I was just joking around and remembered that Simpson's quote.

Where I live we have extremely high quality tap water and even then I have several fridges with built in cooling and filters, so I really have no need to buy water.
