What's you favorite go to submission while training?

    Im sure this has may have been done before but oh well I'll do it again. Whats your most used/favorite submission while training? Personally more often than not I end up getting arm bars.

    Usually leglocks (heel hooks) or arm triangle chokes

    I just take what they give me. I don't fish for any specific subs.

    When I roll with someone the first thing I usually do by default is knee slide pass to side control to knee on belly to baseball bat choke. So I guess that's my "go-to" submission.

    d'arce/brabo, arm in guillotine set up from the back. In gi I go for watch chokes alot

    used to be ezekiel,
    right now it's triangle on bottom, arm triangle on top,
    i'm working on armbars
