What's up with these new ad's?

I have a suspicion within the past several weeks, Sherdog has been sending out too many cookies or ads or something deemed as malware and causing people's modems to reboot. Something definitely started within the past several weeks.

Are the Sherdog servers scanned for malware regularly with the latest updates?
 
Yeah, they are a pain in the ass. Take up nearly the whole screen. What a joke.
 
Can't upload photo for some reason but :
Massive banner ads top and bottom of screen.
Video ad keeps popping up bottom right.
All ads keep covering up navigation buttons.
Ads for everything from Pet shops to whatever you're pushing in Spanish.
Uk location
Android phone
Chrome browser.

This is how much screen i have when typing, literally a line worth, the rest is ads.
 
Any word on what's going on? I'm now getting double ads for Spanish lemons...come on lads, this is silly.

This is exactly what is happening to me on my Android phone using Chrome browser.

Now if using Chrome browser on Android I can't even get into the site, just getting "bad request" error message.

I've bought the plat membership a few times back in the day.

Don't bother anymore.

TBH, popups shouldn't come up at all especially with an ad blocker. It's fine on my desktop, but my phone is riddled with spam when I visit here.

I actually downloaded Brave because of this but it wouldn't let me transfer my bookmarks for love nor money.

Have you tried export and import bookmarks from the menu?
Export your bookmarks from former browser to an HTML file.
Then open Brave go to bookmarks and import them.
I just did it to test and it works.

See now you make it sound easy, i even googoo'd it, it said to click on bookmarks and click on import but the option isn't there, it just wants me to add bookmarks manually, what was described wasn't there.

brave://bookmarks/ can you find that?
Then the 3 dots up in the right corner should give you a small menu

Aha mobile version, no clue.
IIRC it has sync between "units" so if you install it on PC and then sync it with your phone.
Maybe that works? brave://settings/braveSync/setup
Thats from PC.
 
I've forwarded along these issues with corresponding screenshots to Tech yesterday. They should be dealt with sooner than later. Thank you for your patience.
