What's the most underweight a fighter has come in as?

Anderson stepped onto the scale on two days notice at 198 lbs for his LHW fight against DC. Destroyed the rumours of Silva weighing 230 for his MW fights.

Aside from Heavyweight of course. Whats the most a fighter has come in under? I can't really recall any instances.

Also say instead of Grasso coming in over by more than three lbs, if she came in under more than three pounds would the fight still be cancelled?
BJ coming in at 191 against 225 Machida is the best example since he theoretically should have had to come in at at least 204 to qualify as a HW in Hero's unless they called it an Open Weight fight in which case it wouldn't matter.

The most resent example would probably be Anderson at 197 vs DC which is 9lbs under the non championship limit.

Nah, love Sudo but Takase gave up much more size when he fought and beat Yarborough.

Edgar was always well underweight during his lightweight run.
Not really, he said he only had to cut about 5 pounds to make 155 but he was still cutting weight and wasn't coming in under 155.

Wasn’t Hendo 206 for his HW fight against Fedor?
Something like that yeah, 206 or 208 but Fedor also dieted down from his usual high 230s to 227 to help close the gap which was pretty cool of him.

The fight wouldn't be sanctioned if someone was under the weight limit.
That's why Hendo had to eat like a mad man before weigh-ins once when he stepped up in weight.
it's up to the commission they can either cancel the fight or allow it. Hendo probably didn't want to take the chance since he was so close anyway.
