What's the most predictable fight you've ever watched?

Haha I was watching that PPV and my casual mom was watching too and was like wtf is this matchmaking

At the weigh in Johnny came in looking sheepish, apologised as if he was going to miss weight, made weight and looked totally surprised by it.

In the cage Paulo literally looked 2 weight classes bigger. It was absurd.

I mean predictable doesn't always equate to easy. Khabib and Khamzat are predictable but neither have been defeated.

Costa Vs Hendricks. Wtf was that about
Tale as old as time. Feed a champ you don't plan on resigning (since Hendricks fell off a cliff after USADA) and feed him to an up and comer. But that fight just looks comical in hindsight and must look even stranger to new MMA fans.

"Whoa he beat the shit out of the small fat guy."
"Yea the small fat guys was a champion and had a close fight with the greatest fighter of all time, some people even thought he won."
"OH wow so this other guy must have gone on to be a great champ too?"
"No he got humped in his only title fight and became an online juice influencer who sometimes spars for money."
"Hmm."

CM Punk first fight
Heath vs Big Nog 3, guy had already lost twice to him
Jones vs Chael
Chuck last fights

Insanity mate. Look at the fucking size difference.

It's also crazy that Costa ended up fighting Izzy having only beaten Hendricks, Hall, and the Romero fight being his best win - albeit close and competitive against a guy who whilst dangerous started showing insanely low output in his fights at this point.

Costa now 1-4 since beating Romero with his only win being a horrible showing against the fucking GHOST of Luke Rockhold!

In more modern timez, the 2nd Jiri fight with Poatan seemed so ridiculous that anyone thought Jiri's "head up rush" to make it dirty would end any differently. I actually bet all my V-cash on Poatan for that one.

I called exactly how Stipe vs Ngannou 1 would go down ahead of that fight on this forum.

Royce Gracie vs. Art Jimmerson waz pretty fookin' obvious, & especially by the time he got to Gerard Gordeau that same night... it was pretty fooking obvious.

Semelsberger vs Sano, Sano got KO'd in 15 seconds
For context, Sano who was 4-2-1, never fought in the UFC before and at the time didn't compete for nearly fight five years. Plus he was headin into the fight with a 0-3-1 streak lol, I have no clue why this fight was made and put on a PPV's prelims

I got Islam/Volk 2 pretty spot on, altho I wasn't very happy with it

I'm re-watching UFC 30 and Tiki vs Sherk inspired this question (even though I couldn't have predicted the finish), I haven't watched it since it happened but, knowing what I know now about these two fighters, every moment of that fight wsa the most predictable thing I'd ever seen.

What fights do you think you could have scripted ahead of time?
Khabib emasculating conor

Many Sherdoggers would have disagreed with you before the fight XD
I remember getting into arguments with people on here that swore to me that Gane would show Jones what HW was all about XD
What XD is XD the XD XD XD about XD? XD

Non-mma but Jake Paul knocking out Askren. Placed quite a large bet on that (15 euros) and won. Never had a concern.

Volk vs Zombie is one that comes to mind to me. Zombie was just too old and Volk was too good.
Still hurt to see Zombie get beat up like that.
