These 3 come to mind.
Tupac at the House of Blues in '96 is widely regarded as one of the best live rap performances.
DMX at Woodstock '99 too.
Maybe.. tupac was a good actor when he played the gangster role as a former feminine art student...
come on.. watching the dude before all the rap stuff and after is hilarious.Do you think "real" gangsters don't like art?
Or is it that you think "real" gangsters didn't have regular childhoods just like everyone else?
Just saw this the other day and couldn't stop smiling while I watched it. Is the best ever, nah...but you can't fuck with it.
come on.. watching the dude before all the rap stuff and after is hilarious.
He was playing a role for money and record sales.
honestly.. i dont care and I'm just trolling at this pointI grew up in some of the same ghettos he grew up in during the same era, I don't see anything fake about it
There were plenty of us that enjoyed art and Saturday morning cartoons but also sold drugs and joined gangs, I was one of them, people aren't one dimensional movie characters, we're complex creatures with multiple sides that change and evolve as we grow through life
If you take the person of Tupac out of it and just applied his complete life story to a random nobody that didn't have all the notoriety that Pac had, I doubt you would say that person wasn't living a real gangster life
