Man that's a good fuckin' list. Had to think for a minute there because there are some tough choices...

Went with Fight Club, Sixth Sense and Primal Fear but this is one of the more difficult polls I've ever done...

I went with fight club, six sense and the usual suspects but primal fear was a close 4th

The prestige is probably the most well done. Even if you guessed it correctly, if you rewatch it you'll be shocked that they are giving clues to it in almost every single scene, and they are not subtle.

From dusk till dawn. Who would have thought vampires? Its goes down a crazy road once its introduced. I never heard of it till it came on cable. I thought I was watching a cool outlaw movie, and then the twist changed everything. Still think its Robert Rodriguez's best. Him and Tarentino need to write and direct a movie again.
