10 minute rounds were shit. Whole lot of lay and pray. As good as some fights were, there are a whole bunch that are just two guys spooning each other to save energy.

1) controlled juicing
most of them are on it anyways, at least they could try to level it up

2) change these gloves

3) weight in on fight day. No more weight abusing.

All in all, fighters would be healthier, stronger and fighting longer. Big names around for a few more years fighting at high level.

Aren't there already gloves that are designed to stop eye pokes? Gloves where your fingers are still free, but there's a flap that extends over the tips of you fingers? Pretty sure I've see them in Muay Thai or kickboxing.
