What's going on with Khamzat?

Prob some USADA suspension or disrespect issue behind the scenes. They don't have to state USADA shit anymore so they don't

He rubbed Dana the wrong way a couple of times after the initial love affair cooled. This can mothball your career fast. The problem between Dana and Ngannou really started from some minor incident at the PI where he dissed a staff member.

This is the big problem with allowing Dana to make you one of his personal cum rags.

If you then displease him, he will turn on you like a jilted lover and you'll be in a worse position than guys who just avoided the 'privilege' in the first place.

Being cozy with warlords can’t help

I was all on board the Khamzat hype train, but I'm bout to jump off on the next exit. WTF is this fool doing?

He thought some sparring sessions during training with LHW's or HW's are an indicator of being a GOAT until an angry, tiny, favela boy arrived and took his soul. Burns destroyed Khamzat.

Dana is showing him who's boss he probably didnt do as he's told before so he's being trained to be obedient

He's doing a Colby, cant keep fighting dossers anymore (he had a huge size advantage over Burns which bailed him out) and if you lose once everyone mainly fans will act like you are washed up - its hard to come back from that once your card is marked literally like Usman.

He has to protect his brand image and the most sleezy tactic is to wait for a title fight which is in jeopardy and move in

He’s retired until further notice at this point. Guy doesn’t want to fight, would rather chirp from the sidelines on Twitter.
<LikeReally5>

Oh and don’t give me that “nobody wants to fight him” bullshit, we’ve publicly heard from multiple people who said they would.

He’s not fighting because he doesn’t wanna end up fighting a contender that will inevitably derail his hype train, shook.
He’s waiting for some can before signing a fight.

Why isn't the guy fighting? He's been linked to some compelling fights that haven't materialised, such as: Whittaker; Usman and; Costa. It would be strange if the lull in action is due to him being forced to move up in weight, since Costa missed MW by almost 20lbs yet fought Rockhold as a MW not too long after. Is Dana saving him for something special?

Dana said he has personal issues stopping him from fighting, which I assumed were visa issues. I expect him to pop up on a dubai card.

Khazmat never fights he just talks. At least Conor fought alot and won titles before he did this.

Khaz beat literally 1 legit killer and that was a close fight and he now just doesn't fight he twitter battles

He's single so I think it's substance-related. He's not dealing with a divorce or a kid who's in the hospital which are the kinds of "personal issues" most people deal with.

What isnt going on with Khamzat....am i right

The fact that you mention fighting '2-3 times a year' as some kind of success (TWO FIGHTS in a year!?) is the reason UFC is losing its star power big time and in a slow decline.

4 fights a year should be minimum. ONE FC their star world class Thai fighters can do 5 fights a year. In the UFC you get mediocre up and comers doing 2 fights at year if that.

4 fights a year is crazy and an unrealistic expectation especially in mma where so many injuries etc can occur in training

I don't know, but he went from fighting frequently too not fighting at all. frustrating

Interesting.. could you explain a little more about the Nganou incident at PI ? Thanks in advance
