Why isn't the guy fighting? He's been linked to some compelling fights that haven't materialised, such as: Whittaker; Usman and; Costa. It would be strange if the lull in action is due to him being forced to move up in weight, since Costa missed MW by almost 20lbs yet fought Rockhold as a MW not too long after. Is Dana saving him for something special?

Dana said he isn't fighting because he's dealing with "personal issues."

Your guess is as good as mine.

The rumor is visa issues. But wasn’t he just in Vegas for months training at the PI? Doesn’t make sense.

When did Dana say that? If he’s dealing with personal issues that’s totally understandable. Sucks for the fans but life comes first. It was the uncertainty and silence that was alarming

This ... got exposed, and butt-hurt, and has been "hiding for months" ever since ...

I know you're trolling, but I wanna see where your logic takes you. Was the Whittaker call out, among others, for show and does he intend to never fight again because Costa has mentally scarred him? How do you predict he will make his money going forward?

the guy has one of the worst team of mma
seem he hired a clueless manager
so dont expect him to fight, just calling people out

there is also a business side of the UFC who slow down prospect

Bo is fighting today, but he could have fought this guy 3 months ago, and fighting a ranked guy today if he won

fighters need to understand that you cant sit and wait for the UFC to manage your carreer, you must demand fight and impose your schedule

if you plan to fight 2-3 times per year, you must ahve a dynamic manager working to get you fight asap

in Khamzat case that is just insane as the guy fight at 170 & 185 with plenty of fights available

Not trollimg ;;;

Think Khamzat is skeerrred ...

He'll probably fight in October on the Abu Dhabi card. If that falls through, then your guess is as good as mine.

The only possibilities are:
1. PED Suspension
2. Scared
3. Bring friendly and involved with brutal warlords is getting unwanted attention and preventing him from fighting.
4. He's having Tony type of mental issues

I refuse to believe the UFC is putting their star prospect in the naughty corner. They're a business.

Relax, Khamzat is just resting up for his bjj match vs GSP......

He rubbed Dana the wrong way a couple of times after the initial love affair cooled. This can mothball your career fast. The problem between Dana and Ngannou really started from some minor incident at the PI where he dissed a staff member.

The fact that you mention fighting '2-3 times a year' as some kind of success (TWO FIGHTS in a year!?) is the reason UFC is losing its star power big time and in a slow decline.

4 fights a year should be minimum. ONE FC their star world class Thai fighters can do 5 fights a year. In the UFC you get mediocre up and comers doing 2 fights at year if that.
