Ironically Barnett is the best UFC HW from that era and he lost to both CC and Big Nog

For reference: Barnett beat Randy, AA, Mir, Rizzo. The only UFC HWs from that era he didn't face were Tim and Ricco. I have little doubt he wouldve beat Tim. Prime Ricco v Barnett wouldve been awesome!

So just to clear this up for everyone this procedure is when they laminect the thoracic spine. All of it.

Thoracic is the T1-T12 vertebrae.
Aka shoulder level down to about the middle of your back.

In layman's terms it seems to be that they remove a section of the vertebrae to create space to alleviate a pinched nerve or bulging herniated disc, I think
