Whatever happened to Jack Slack?

Holly vs Ronda
GSP vs Hendricks
TJ vs Barao
Anderson vs Bisping

Those are just several of the fights he predicted. If he didn't make a pick he would tell you exactly how the fight would play out in terms of styles clashing and he was usually right.

He took the opportunity to write an article about 2 heavyweights fighting and didn't sum it up as "first one to land" big deal.

You should go read jack slacks Reddit posts. It wasn't just the article. He was literally shitting on Fedor every day. Like going out of his way to respond to Reddit posters because he was so positive of the outcome.

Jack slack is an idiot. MMA journalism is bad.

I'm a big fan, love his writing, everything is on his website (fight primer). I definately think there is a lot to be learned from his articles and his use of gifs is first class.

I love his podcast but i can definately see why it's not for everyone, I think his humour is very 'British' and people may not really connect with it however if you have never heard it give it a go you can learn all about the 52 and 'chomos choice' Northcut

I don't ever use reddit except for finding reputable ped sources and that's a rare occasion so I had no idea about anything he has said on there or Twitter. I see him be a bit too edgy on Facebook and his podcasts bore me to death but I'm a big fan of his articles.

Jack presented himself as an expert (with no credentials) and never acknowledged when he was wrong or that he wasn’t any different than most of sherdog. And it was insufferable when shertards with zero background or understanding would quote jack as if what he wrote was truth.

Last I check he wrote an article after Aldo's KO of Stephens. But didn't write anything after and that was more than a month ago.

He generally illustrates each explanation with gifs.

It's not that bad for people who would not otherwise know what they are watching.

Enjoyed his Machida breakdowns back in the day for sure. He's also done decent ones for Fedor.

He's not some striking master guy, but it's a place to start.
I could be wrong but didn't he post here as @TheStrikingGuy or something? Before new Sherdog.

He's pretty good at breaking down fights that already happened, but his predictions seemed never to pan out

Jumped the shark when he wrote an entire book about McGregor being a genius.
In general is a know nothing that just repeats first day boxing lessons in 1000 words or more so idiots think hes bright. Got laughed off of here frequently.

I know that he’s good at bbj.

It was a joke... not a very good one I guess..

The intro to that show with Dana it was mentioned... always thought it was weird... anyway..

confirmed Jack Slack alt account

I should imagine that any alt account might be a tad more subtle lol. I just happen to be a fan of the guy and if everyone with a negative opinion is airing there views i may as well chip in something positive.
