Finished the last Cajun turkey. Made turkey enchiladas with a roasted tomatillo salsa on top which I do a lot, just not with smoked Cajon tukey before.
You all used it up now?
@Cajun I'll do the same thing next year. I make my own Andouille because for some stupid reason I can't cope with the heat in shop bought anymore but will add more to the dressings next year. I'll stick to adding Calabrian chillies though rather than hot sauce because I'm addicted.
