Food & Drink What ya cooking for Thanksgiving?

Finished the last Cajun turkey. Made turkey enchiladas with a roasted tomatillo salsa on top which I do a lot, just not with smoked Cajon tukey before.

You all used it up now?

@Cajun I'll do the same thing next year. I make my own Andouille because for some stupid reason I can't cope with the heat in shop bought anymore but will add more to the dressings next year. I'll stick to adding Calabrian chillies though rather than hot sauce because I'm addicted.

Awesome. You have become quite the chef these days and not even kidding. Well done. Do brits not do spice? Just curious if it's most or more you.
