What will happen to fight pass?

I was reading that the New deal includes te fight pass content on a Espn platform, does that mean fight pass will close ?

The ESPN deal is for Americans only. Sure, we're the greatest country in the world by far and American lives matter the most, but there're still plebs from the rest of the world who want to enjoy a great American product like UFC, who are not affected by the ESPN deal. In those cases FightPass is often their only choice.

why would they stop the rest of the world getting fight pass?
