Throwback What were the most flagrant, cynical and sadistic fouls in the history of the UFC?

Wasn’t even a foul but Silva cracking Bisping in the mouth with a flying knee just after he lost his mouthguard was pretty f’n sadistic imo

That was sweet though

Biting
Eye gouging
Fish hooking

Look up Gilbert Yvel v Don Frye

Branco Cikatic v Mark Kerr was pretty bad too

They should have just let Kerr go to work instead of jumping in, you wanna elbow to the back of his head. Well, here you go Cikatic.

I would say the dude from DWCS that bit his opponent in his first UFC fight and was summarily cut. Kinda tough to top something that not only loses you the fight but sends you packing from the org.
Mickey Gall bit Diego

Diego gave him the Ole Dirty Sanchez oil check as payback.

All this nonsense about how Xicão should have been disqualified for fence-grabbing and how serious a foul that was got me thinking.

What were the worst fouls in the history of the UFC? Presumably resulting in DQs?

I always remember Wes Sims taking two handfuls of fence and repeatedly stamping on grounded Mir's face lol.

Sims had kicked or stamped on the head of a grounded opponent before, and celebrated after the stoppage lol. 🤦‍♂️

Palhares routinely not letting go after subbing people. IT seems even more egregious considering he already had the victory

Not UFC but Prindle vs Santos in Bellator is my all time choice for sadistic/flagrant fouls.

The first time they fought Santos kicked Prindle in the groin while Prindle was on the ground. Didn't look super flagrant but non the less ended the bout.

They rematch and are in reverse positions. Santos is now on the ground with Prindle above him. The ref even screams "Don't kick him in the groin". 5 seconds later Prindle axe kicks Santos so hard in the balls that he has to leave the octagon in a stretcher. The initial report was fractured pubic bone

Protect the groin at all cost

Man, that kind of looks like Nina Drama.

Priscila Cachoeira should have been released for that.

Yeah this one, while the ref watches and her getting 0 punishment bugs me.

I'm too lazy to get the gif but jingaling vs Matthews is another one where blatant eye gouging is being watched by a ref who does nothing and the UFC does nothing after the fact.

In Bellator
Raymond Daniels double spinning back kick to the balls on Stanonik and getting away with that being a NC. Is another big yikes for me.

Imagine committing multiple egregious fouls to try and beat a deaf dude. Smh.

Glad Mazzagatti got it right.

I unironically believe this. This wasn't a one-off where a nice guy got caught up in the moment and fucked up. Kinda wish Mazz had a chance to ref more of his fights.

Jon's greatest gift is being an egomaniac that believes he can do anything he wants. He's able to take advantage of a large percent of the population and has been extremely fortunate in and out of the cage. Frankly, it's a miracle that the only in-cage blemish on his resume is the Hamill fight.

The sad thing is that he is a very gifted athlete, but it's impossible to give him much credit for a large part of his career. At his core, he's a complete child. It's hilarious when he gets busted for something, isn't able to squirm his way out of it, and throws a temper tantrum like a five year old.

That one guy who axe kick stomped to the back of the head in pride. Did Boby Schreiber do that ?
