He's referring to Cris Cyborg's husband, Evangelista. Who has never been a stand out fighter(18-14 record when he fought Nick), but fought Nick Diaz for the title.

In retrospect, it wasn't good to put 3 title fights on that Tennessee CBS card. A five round fight can be very boring and 3 five rounders in a row is not for anyone but the hardcore fans. Didn't belong on a major network.

He also overpaid Fedor Emelianenko and probably Henderson and others. So much so that there was no profitability so his partners sold out.

He did a good job as a promoter and event organiser

Scott coker might not be the worlds greatest acountant but he is a damn good fight promoter and deal maker and event organiser
