I'm not talking about placebo effects

What vitamin or supplements actually gave you more strengths/stamina?

Dont post roids or workout supplement, I'm asking for strictly health supplements.

Post name of vitamin or product and state how you felt better?

im gonna say unless someone actually has a clinical level deficiency of something directly results in strong symptoms, no one is going to be able to descern the anecdotal effects of any dietary supplement, and those who think they can likely would be fooled by a placebo.

I was looking for that word placebo. Thanks. Well, personally I'm only taking centrum multi mens vitamin from costco and for the year and a half I've been on it, I haven't had a flu/the cold which i used to catch at least twice a year.

I take zinc regularly which I can deffinetly feel a difference when not taking.

Magnesium too but I don't take it too often.

I take vitamin D3 often too during colder months.

Only enough I tried ZMA once and never noticed any difference. Even though it's zinc, magnesium and something else.

Multi vitamin
Fish oil
Whey
Creatine

I could do without them and do okay, why being the better of the bunch if I want a eat lots of fatty foods for the day I'll replace some other with a shake to adjust for the macro and caloric difference

I was getting bad joint pain in my hands, probably from jiujitsu. My hands would burn and throb with pain for like 10 min after a hard roll.

Anyways, I take glucosamine now, and they no longer throb and ache with pain after rolling. They still hurt a little while im rolling, but it went from an 8 to like a 2 or 3. So yeah, that's my contribution.

Maca
Cordyceps
Beet powder
Fish oil
Melatonin
Creatine (yes creatine is a health supplement)

Thanks. Will look into that.

Whey
Creatine

no reason to not take those if you are weightlifting.

creatine
L arginine
Maca or Kava
Glucosomine Chondrotin
Fish Oil
Mega Vit C
Vit D
good multi vit
collagen protein powder

to name a few

Whey
Creatine

I finally dumped that horseshit whey they sell at Costco and started buying Magnum Quattro. It's $70 for 4lbs but it's an isolate instead of a concentrate. Less fillers and gut rumbling lol.

Various vatimins and minerals taken individually. Multis have horrible absorption.
Olive Leaf Extract
Omegas
Protein powder
Ubiquinol
NAD+

Everyone can take things like Zinc and vitamin D2&K3 and benefit from their properties.

Plus fish oils, high quality protein, L glutamine and other amino acids and B12.
