What vitamin or supplements actually worked for you?

im gonna say unless someone actually has a clinical level deficiency of something directly results in strong symptoms, no one is going to be able to descern the anecdotal effects of any dietary supplement, and those who think they can likely would be fooled by a placebo.

That's how I feel after years on and off them. No real difference whatsoever. I'd get expensive ones with the "better forms for better absorption" too.

I do still take a vitamin C atleast once a week because I know I don't eat enough citrus.

I finally dumped that horseshit whey they sell at Costco and started buying Magnum Quattro. It's $70 for 4lbs but it's an isolate instead of a concentrate. Less fillers and gut rumbling lol.

Try this one btw. $45 for 5LB and it's Isolate and no artificial anything. Sure it doesn't have flavor but it also doesn't have fake sugars and you get sick of the same flavor. I was weary but honestly not gastro issues and mixes great

Tried Maca... didnt notice much

Never had arginine... how does it compare to maca? Also you sure it's not placebo?

I don't know what that is but it 100% is not a placebo. That shit works.

Whey
Creatine

no reason to not take those if you are weightlifting.

Just the regular ass Walmart brand. It increases nitric oxide in your blood. If I'm on my way to a chicks house or something and I know I'm going to get laid I'll pop a few. I'm not going to act like it's some miracle drug, but it definitely makes a difference.

Giving it a try. Thanks brother

I'm not talking about placebo effects

What vitamin or supplements actually gave you more strengths/stamina?

Dont post roids or workout supplement, I'm asking for strictly health supplements.

Post name of vitamin or product and state how you felt better?

Im a guinea pig, Ive taken supplements for many years in my teens to mid 20s and the majority of them are garbage mainly because they cheat you and use poor ingredients and just add filler so they safe money and make extreme profit by pricing them 30 to 40 dollars a bottle.

Most didn't do jack and some messed me up bad, if you are deficient in vitamins and minerals its usually Magnesium thats like one of the minerals most americans are deficient in because they dont like eating veggies.

The supp that worked for me

Coq10 or Conezyme Q10, dont take this at night it will keep you up, when I take it in the morning it give sme energy and clarity and I dont get tired

Beet Juice fresh made, but if you can get a good quality powder mix that stuff will give you a boost in stamina also has other health benefits.

NAC helps protect and heal the liver and lungs, when I get Bronchitis I take this and the mucus thins in my chest it takes a few days but if I dont take it ill have a bad cough for weeks if I take NAC it clears up in a few days to a week

Quercitin in the Isoquercitin form which is more absorbable, they used it on SARS patients and it helped them survive because it helped the lungs and has heart benefits It is also shown in some new studies to add lean hard muscle mass to athletes.

They gave EMIQ form of Quercitin with 20 grams of whey to several athletes and they put on
more lean muscle in a few months time or something compared to the placebo that only drank whey.

Enzymatically modified isoquercitrin (EMIQ) is a highly bioavailable form of quercetin – a flavonoid that exerts significant anti-allergy effects. The limiting factor in quercetin's clinical efficacy appears to be its poor bioavailability, so EMIQ by Natural Factors offers consumers a more efficacious product.

Whey protein, I prefer isolate but it helps me put on muscle, without getting bloated from over stuffing. I basically would drink it twice a day on workout days and once on non workout days.

Also if you work out I suggest buying Electrolyte powders this one is the best for the price its cheap and has good electrolytes with no sodium or sugar, other electrolyte drinks are load with sugar and high sodium which is not good for your kidneys or heart plus we get enough sodium from our diets and sugars as well from fruits, I just wish they had more flavors they only got lemon so far.

I probably have a few more that helped me out but I forget, I dont really take supplements anymore though.

What does Arginine do for the body? @Grave Keeper
it's called a 'vasodilator' implying it dilates blood vessels which would aid in circulatiion, etc.
wider vessels, more blood to muscles, bigger 'pump'.
research on it is less than overwhelming though.
but who doesn't like a good pump during and after lifting?

IMO, yes
honestly, arginine creatine and good old caffeine for a pre workout can't be beat.

Superdrol, Test-C, Clomid, DAA, Creatine, Gas-X, Effexor, Celexa, Melatonin, B12, Caffeine, Kratom

I used to swear by Amino Acids back in the day. Seemed to help me get leaner and cutter, but who knows? Hard to say if it was the supplements or me just working out harder because I didn't want to waste them. I suspect none of the legal ones do much at all. I don't take anything anymore.

You gotta be careful of this shit if you have the herp. Lots of dudes have it and it doesnt flare up. Studies show this shit causes it to.

I was looking for that word placebo. Thanks. Well, personally I'm only taking centrum multi mens vitamin from costco and for the year and a half I've been on it, I haven't had a flu/the cold which i used to catch at least twice a year.
I vape and I've never had the flu in my life. Maybe you should try vaping
