what routine ?

im back to boxing training so im left with only 2 days for lifting
is it better to do:
1. carnal 3 day sq/bp/dl split (2 cycles in 3 weeks), or
2. 2 fullbody routines; sq/bp/dl 2 variations twice a week
like
squat/front squat
bench/military
dead/sumo dead

i couldnt find anything with search
 
Well, from my experience, combining any kind of martial arts with lifting is tough on your body. Especielly if you train to gain strength and size. So I
