im back to boxing training so im left with only 2 days for lifting
is it better to do:
1. carnal 3 day sq/bp/dl split (2 cycles in 3 weeks), or
2. 2 fullbody routines; sq/bp/dl 2 variations twice a week
like
squat/front squat
bench/military
dead/sumo dead
i couldnt find anything with search
