What piece of advice would have changed a fighter's career?

Volk: Don't accept fights up a weight class on short notice

Usman: Flinching off to the side opens you up for head kicks

Oliveira: Nah jk neither advice nor prayers are doing anything against Islam

Chandler also isn't training mma inbetween fightcamps anymore. Which showed.
In the interview he said he is just doing strength and conditioning inbetween fight camps.
He's a business man now.

That's why his eye and distance were worse than usual. You can't be a top fighter by training fighting 4-5 months a year

#2 would be beyond epic if he had pulled it off. Have his team tip off tmz to find him outside of clubs looking disheveled, secretly pay a buddy or two to help stage an altercation and bring some low level battery charges his way so it really looks like his life is spiraling out of control.
him pressing low level battery charges on his wife/gf because she keeps beating him up

You NEED this 5th round, Johny! Give it all you‘ve got! Empty the fucking tank, Johny!

To Jon Jones

That fleshy patch where your balls used to be, go and find them and put them back and get finished against Tom with dignity you chicken shit duck.

Tai Tuivasa: Actually train and stop doing Shoeys. You are a bigger guy in the HW division. Maybe try some wrestling instead of relying on power shots.

Bryce Mitchell: You are never going to be a top 5 fighter training in Arkansas. You don't have to move to an elite camp but you do need to go to a better area (i.e. Chicago or Milwaukee).

Dustin Poirier: After the first McGregor loss focus the vast majority of your time on wrestling.

"Fedor, please just beat up that Jerry Millen dork and stuff him in his locker. Also, stop going to church and DO NOT shave your fucking head!"

Aldo gtfo Nova União before his dumb boxing and shitty cardio era, even sparring 35 guys for 35 rounds in a day searching for some CTE.

I would've told Tony to take the IC LW title fight with Holloway instead of turning it down and allowing them to hand it to Dustin which ultimately screwed over Ferguson's career.
