And submission defense, watch footage of him,

And then still have Demian Maia take you down, take your back, and choke you out?

Browns TD defense and fight IQ was horrific so he deserved it

Bet it feels better than losing your opportunity to win by the guy playing possum.

Unless you are world class level Jitz, you can't legit fight it.

Demians BJJ is just nuckin futz.

ha, like someone resist demian's takedowns

only in that rory fight, and after the first round demian was badly gassed, dunno why

rematch and i trust demian to mop the floor with him

Brown defended the strong takedowns. It was the tricky ones that got him.

What would you have done differently? Not let him take you down, I agree. But how the hell do you stop that guy?

everyone check my sig

Even when Brown was able to stun Maia in the 3rd, he got baited right back into his guard. The whole fight was a stylistic nightmare.

He's one of the fighters that need to hire Ben Rothwell to show them how to lock up someone's neck when they shoot on you. Even if you can't pull it off, it will make your opponent more cautious at the least. Another fight where you have one fighter literally leaving his neck wide open with zero consequences.

Brown was awful though, I don't know what he was training for.

Start the round with a flying knee, cause what the hell? your going to lose anyway

Yeah that's what I've been saying. A waste of a Matt Brown fight.

He should of tried to get on his bike and behind a jab.Dont see how else u beat maia to be honest

He should have trained "stuck-on-back" defense.

its exhausting for sure

I thought this is going to be a reference to shogun
