What meals are highest Satiety ?

So boiled potatoes are on top of the satiety index,I like to combine them with meat like chicken breast

I tried this egg protein scone idea and it failed miserably flour just seems to fail, get absorbed too easily, so Im going to try turkey mince boiled potatoes a bit crushed together (not totally mash potato more like chewed boiled potato) and some whey powder in there too olive oil, egg white or gelatin, all mixed together, with lea n Perrins and a stock cube, maybe compact it , it may fail again but this composite way of thinking has to work eventually, it has to beat boiled spuds and meat on a plate

Ah some burgers are so filling so meat ball style recipes may be a winner

So meatballs and some burgers are bread crumbs egg and mince (not advocating beef)

So mince, egg, whey protein, wholemeal bread crumbs?

Mince, egg, dried potato, whey protein, bread crumbs?

Mince, egg, crushed nuts, whey protein, bread crumbs?


OK GUYS SO WHICH MEALS FILL YOU UP THE MOST?

So for my potato idea u probably dont want to make it brown, its bad enough mixing clumpy potatoes meat and egg compacted without also coloring the whole thing brown (so light color stock cube)

But i think the mince meat balls is a better version of it anyway and a better start to something even more effective after experimentation

So meat balls/mince egg burger and boiled spuds as a meal is probably boss so far

(red meat gives u ars cancer so turkey mince made nicer with nuts or seasoning is recommended) for the egg mince burger bread crumbs on the outside make a chicken burger style, as red meats also have bad fats

Satiety isnt the answer cardio is but it helps after uve done cardio

(for those that say do weights instead of cardio as is popular in magazines, I would say do both and that there's no easier way to burn shed loads of calories than cardio its just harder to do with weights but the resistance stuff builds a nice look hormones and give you a calories to burn when you dont train

but what they are not showing u is the sheer calorie loss cardio can give u (without a harsh effort you cant really do weights for a long time) all the bodybuilders used to do it, cardio

I find intermittent fasting is too difficult but I like half assed intermittent fasting where u battle hunger like a Persian instead of a Spartan. So just fight your hunger in a balanced way instead of a hard way

Then sugar I go for cereal bars a variety , and minstrels /mini eggs I dont scoff them so easily , cereal too, im moving onto melting cholate into milk and maybe vanilla or baileys apparently its significantly better than powdered hot chocolate

Obviously a balanced diet quality over junk, super foods obviously, also a balance towards quality with the Persian idea ie u dont have to go extreme go functional instead

So ive already gone fat but I damn well know I can beat it with discipline, something sacred to me, never had it my whole life till now

My doing work discipline is alot better than my not doing not eating Persian discipline
 
People dont realize how crippling low discipline is, its absolutely not laziness, and anyone getting negative insults is being incorrectly judged, when they have a major problem in life already

Those people that say its pathetic do not know what its like and what it takes to change, it probably needs misfortune or desperation long term for the necessary brain change to occur

Those people that cant brush their teeth in the morning are absolutely royally fkd

It feels like the ability to do something without effort, u just can there's no inertia and so u do it, its not so much a battle against inertia that u fight and win there's just no inertia
