Well, it's basically a small, very concealable knife meant primarily for self defense. Two fingers go into the hole and then you're a "human velociraptor"...
Their website ( http://www.hideawayknife.com ) seems to be rather old, but it's full of bits of info. It's not expensive, but a fun little plaything...
