They are scheduled to fight again and Jones gets caught for his usual roiding....DC says "let me sign a waiver, I want to fight him"......then this happens

First off, there was no way he knew that woman was pregnant. Saying crashing into a pregnant woman insinuates he knew she was. Second, why would he stay at the scene when he knows he has weed with him and would go directly to jail?
