-Poirier vs Max 2 was a better FOTN/FOTY than Izzy/Kelvin

-Yair's performance against Zombie was incredible even before the buzzer-beating up-elbow. He was already winning the 5th round before the elbow and was on his way to losing a 48-47, 47-48, 48-47 splitty(via the ringside judges scorecards). This doesn't sound incredible until you remember he took the fight on 2 week's notice, after 18 months off, after getting wrecked by Frankie and not knowing where his confidence was. The entire fight was separated by 7 significant strikes, both men throwing heat all 5 rounds. An underrated all-time fight that gets misremembered because of the ending and how butt-hurt MMA fans were. Zombie beloved and Yair hated for ducking Zabit. The excuses after were unbearable:

-"Yair isn't even good, he got so lucky!"
-"Yair got destroyed for 24 minutes and 59 seconds but landed 1 lucky shot"

It was an extremely competitive fight and most dont realize it because of their bias for Zombie, and have never gone back and rewatched it to see just how tit-for-tat that is was the entire fight.

Mark Kerr is the most overrated fighter in the history of MMA and there's no one else that is close.

Dan Bobbish, Paul Valerns and Enson Inoue are his best wins. I don't want to shit on these guys but Enson's a MW. Dan and Paul aren't horrible but they're not gatekeeper quality.

The guy is getting his own movie and he never beat a gatekeeper level fighter.

His biggest moment is losing to gatekeeper Vovchanchyn. Maybe you could call Vov a contender off the Pride GP if your generous...
