Well, more important than $$. Ask the richest man on earth on his deathbed if he would trade in all his cash for another year of life, and you know the answer.
I’ve had this mindset from about 23-24
When I was working for a bank, I was going through a clients portfolio with him moving some monies around, he had an impressive amount of wealth and I said so, he shrugged at me and annoyingly told me that he would trade it all just to be able to go for a run, he was looking at me and said that my bill of youth and health was absolutely priceless and to enjoy as much of it as I can while I can. I quit shortly after.

Materialistic TS trying to compare himself to others financially to make himself feel better

Fail

Depends. Can I sell my kids along with everything else?

This is a pretty fucking weird question to ask to be honest...

< or = to the amount of change hiding among the average person's couch cushions.

Naw, it ain't weird. I am 59, and just waking up is pretty painful. It makes you ponder what time you have left, and how you did in life already. I was never looking for the $$ amount in the replies, just the "feel" people have on how they have done so far in life. I have 4 kids and 8 grandkids in the kind of family that we all interact everyday. I would be considered a high level functioning autistic person, so, sometimes, I like some reassurance that I actually am doing ok, compared to how I think I am doing. In real life my family, friends, and my job all rely on me to be that guy that solves all the problems. If I got a problem, I don't much have a place to turn to.

So I hope in the future, if we meet again, I am just a weird guy, but my questions are legit.,
